Because each program is as unique as your life's history it is difficult to say exactly which combination of services will best serve you until we actually meet. However, I have consciously structured my fees to give an incentive to those clients who are committed to change through frequency and consistency. The investment necessary for change can range from $125-$960 per month. So I invite you to join me for a complimentary session to explore the possibilites and to see if Conscious Movements is a good fit for you.

Complimentary Session

This sample session is offered to prospective clients at no cost and with no obligation. It is a chance for you to experience Conscious Movements and its benefits, for absolutely no charge. More importantly it's a chance for me to learn what is important in your life and what you want to accomplish. Together, we will decide if working with me as your coach is your next best step.
