Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Because this product is created especially for you as soon as you place an order, it typically takes 7-10 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
Returns & Refunds
Because these are made-to-order, I don’t offer returns or exchanges. However, refunds are offered to customers who receive the wrong items (i.e. different from what you ordered) or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me with photos of wrong/damaged items, and I’ll sort that out for you.
