Winter Session

Winter is a time to nurture the seeds of wisdom within and find an inner fortitude deep in your bones. It's a time to cultivate your capacity to feel grounded and resourced. So, for January, February, and most of March, we'll explore how to collaborate with Earthly forces for more effortless movement.

  • January classes will explore movements seated in a chair.

  • February classes will explore movements in standing at the door.

  • March will explore movements in bed. 

About Movement Mantras

The mid-week Movement Mantras offer short practices designed to help you make mindful movement a habit. Discover the power of anchoring bit-sized mindful movement moments with daily activities like sitting at your desk, walking through the door, waking up, etc. They work best with Awareness Through Movement or Attune To Awareness Practices. But they're also potent all on their own.
