Conscious Movements Continuum

Tapping into the wisdom of rhythms and cycles!

There's a direct relationship between your ability to feel safe and honoring your rhythms and cycles. All of the phases within the Conscious Movements process inform one another. When you begin to trust and understand your rhythms and how they relate to the world, you'll know what you need (and why) at any moment. More than that, you can intentionally tap into and align your innate rhythms for growth, transformation, and healing.

In this experiential class, we'll explore some of your essential rhythms and how honoring those rhythms can be an act of love for yourself and the planet.

What To Expect:

  • Engaging live experience

  • Embodied movement practices you can use to stay tethered in times of stress and chaos.

  • Easy to understand embodied knowledge that you can use in everyday life.

Dāna: pay from the heart

This Single Class pass is valid for select classes and good for 30 days after purchase. It also includes access to a 14-day replay once the class ends.

The minimal contribution is $1. However, you are welcome to select more at the time of purchase or offer a gift of generosity once after the class ends.

Why Dāna?

Generosity is a matter of heart, not income.

  • Cultivating gratitude and generosity. Dāna is the practice of mutually dependent arising—understanding that everything is contingent upon everything else. It’s knowing that true well-being arises in every interaction we have with ourselves, each other, and the world.

  • The practice of no separation. The practice of receiving Dāna is just as rewarding as the practice of offering it — no separation between my practice and the practice of others. It can deepen our (yours and mine) experience of trust, goodwill, gratitude, and community.

  • Giving back.  I wanted to find a way to support those who wouldn't otherwise be able to work with me without one of us compromising our financial well-being.
