Our Patterns Have Purpose
Our thoughts, habits, and movement patterns have histories. What we often label as dysfunction may have once been an intelligent response to what life asked of us. Our patterns formed for a reason. They helped us adapt, protect ourselves, and find our way.
Yet we're often taught to see these patterns as flaws to fix. Meeting them with curiosity and compassion creates room for understanding, softens shame, and opens new possibilities for growth.
