Feeling the rise of movement from your core to the palms of your hands, you’ll discover the ease with which you can circle and spiral — both large and small.
About Attune To Awareness
The Attune To Awareness classes are shorter than the Awareness Through Movement classes — typically 30 minutes. They are perfect for those who have a chronic condition, lack time, or simply want to keep moving. They can support your ongoing embodiment and help you more fully inhabit your body. Each practice will bring you back to your senses and ground you in the present moment. So keep moving and expand your capacity to move through life with a sense of ease and grace.
