March is the tail end of winter and the earliest days of Spring in the northern hemisphere. It's a perfect time to nurture the seeds of wisdom within and find an inner fortitude deep in your bones. It's also a time to cultivate your capacity to feel grounded and resourced. So, for this bedtime series, we'll play with sensing the ground and gently moving forces through our bones. There's something powerful and primal in connecting with the earth — even if it's from the comfort of our own bed.
