Somatic Insights

with Buffy Owens

March Focus

Theme: Learning to listen before interpreting or acting.

This month focuses on somatic listening — distinguishing sensation from story. By slowing the impulse to interpret, deeper signals become easier to sense. The practices support intuition as something quiet, steady, and already present.

About Somatic Insights Sessions

Somatic Insights is a monthly class grounded in the SOMA Framework, designed to support whole-system integration during times of change. These longer-form sessions invite you into a paced, nervous-system-aware exploration that goes beyond movement alone. They are creating conditions for clarity, emotional settling, and embodied understanding to emerge.

Rather than working on the body, Somatic Insights works with your whole system, supporting shifts that are somatic, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral — without force or overwhelm.

These sessions are especially supportive when you’re navigating transition, integration, or a sense that “something is shifting,” even if you can’t fully name it yet.
