As you move through this series, I invite you to set aside time to practice each movement formally (i.e., with a focus on exploration). Maybe you do that more than once. And then, when you're ready, explore it informally. So, take it into your food prep by taking a moment to pause, scan yourself, and then recall a specific aspect of the practice that interests you. That way, you can begin incorporating that into your daily life.
