In this Awareness Through Movement lesson, you’ll explore your breath, voice, and vibration. There's a short anatomy bit at the beginning to inspire your vibrational exploration to help you connect with your hyoid bone and first rib ring.
In this practice, you’ll also be doing some work with your voice. So, I invite you to take a moment to choose a word or small phrase that represents something you want to cultivate within yourself or your life. Or maybe you want to say, "I love you" to yourself and feel it resonating in your heart.
