A Ceremonial Day of Sound Healing, Somatic Movement & Human Design

A ceremonial one-day retreat held by Buffy Owens, Terra Pfund, and Andrea Williams. Together, we will create a space for deep listening, gentle embodiment, and personal insight. Through somatic practices, sound healing, and honoring your Human Design insights, you’ll release patterns of overwork in a safe and supported environment to reclaim your inherent worth. Leave feeling rooted, rested, and rejuvenated.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • It depends…

Most of the Drop-In classes are recorded and you'll have access to the replay for 6-14 days. However, there are occasions when we don’t offer replays. So please make sure to read the full class description.

Inner Work(shops) & mini-Retreats held online are are recorded, edited, and often expanded. Basically, they’re turned into a mini-course that you’ll have access to for life.

    In-Person events are not recorded.

  • You’ll want to wear clothes that you can move in and have space to move. Most workshops involve a bit of walking, sitting, and lying down.

When it comes time to lie down, you can opt to use the floor (ideal) with a yoga mat and a heavy blanket or beach towel on top. Or, you can do the practice in bed. Choose what’s right for you and the space that you have.

I’ll also make sure that you have access to my Home Practice Guide so that you know exactly what you need ahead of time.

  • Nearly all of the Drop-In offerings are perfect for beginners. However, there are times when we host events for intermediate and advanced practice. If a class is not suitable for beginners, we’ll make sure to include it in the class description.
