April’s Theme: The Emergent Heart
Movement Mantras are short, accessible somatic practices designed to be woven into everyday life. These sessions offer simple movement-based “anchors” you can return to throughout your day — during transitions, moments of stress, or when you want to reconnect with your body quickly and gently. They’re ideal for busy days, low-energy moments, or when you want embodiment to support your life — not compete with it.

You’ll want to wear clothes that you can move in and have space to move. Most workshops involve a bit of walking, sitting, and lying down.
When it comes time to lie down, you can opt to use the floor (ideal) with a yoga mat and a heavy blanket or beach towel on top. Or, you can do the practice in bed. Choose what’s right for you and the space that you have.
I’ll also make sure that you have access to my Home Practice Guide so that you know exactly what you need ahead of time.

After yesterday's class, I was set for the day. A wonderful calmness and so much less pain in the body.
