Movement Mantra

February Focus
Theme: Feeling at home in your body.
This month’s 15-minute Movement Mantra class will help you connect with your body in everyday moments. These movements emphasize contact and grounding, facilitating deeper presence, a felt-sense of support, and a sense of being at home within oneself.
About Movement Mantra Sessions
Movement Mantras are short, accessible somatic practices designed to be woven into everyday life. These sessions offer simple movement-based “anchors” you can return to throughout your day — during transitions, moments of stress, or when you want to reconnect with your body quickly and gently.
Rather than introducing new material, Movement Mantras help reinforce and stabilize the nervous-system learning that happens in longer sessions.
Movement Mantras are ideal for busy days, low-energy moments, or when you want embodiment to support your life — not compete with it.
