I'm super excited to share this Awareness Through Movement program with you. One unique aspect of this series is that it is entirely performed while standing and walking. As such, it can directly impact how you walk and move through the world upright.

That said, tracking your experience in walking is more challenging than lying on the floor or sitting. I highly recommend having some Awareness Through Movement experience before starting this program. You'll also want to be familiar with lessons that include the seesaw breath and rolling your head between your hands.
