Pay What You Want
Breakthrough Breathwork Session
Elemental Rhythm Breathwork With Buffy Owens
The Breakthrough Sessions are a more intense and dynamic breath class. Expect to expand your neurological capacity as you edge toward a higher state of arousal and increased sympathetic state, and then settle into the depths of calm in a parasympathetic state. You'll clear away the clutter of limiting beliefs and daily stress as you deepen your capacity to love yourself.
The Breakthrough sessions allow you to connect with those parts of yourself that have been neglected, need healing, or are ready to be fully expressed.
Get The Most Out Of The Session
It's best to do breathwork on an empty stomach. We'll begin in standing and transition to lying down. You may also want a small pillow, a light blanket, a journal, and an eye mask. However, all you really need is yourself and an open mind. No prerequisites are required.
What You'll Need
Space to move in standing
Space to lay down
Headphones or speaking to place near your head
Eye mask or a piece of material to cover your eyes (optional)
Blanket for warmth (optional)
Tissues and glass of water (optional)

❤️ Dāna: pay from the heart
This Session is a pay-from-the-heart class. If you are not a member, you can make minimal contributions or pay what feels aligned in your heart.
Why Dāna?
Generosity is a matter of heart, not income.
Cultivating gratitude and generosity. Dāna is the practice of mutually dependent arising—understanding that everything is contingent upon everything else. It’s knowing that true well-being arises in every interaction we have with ourselves, each other, and the world.
The practice of no separation. The practice of receiving Dāna is just as rewarding as the practice of offering it — no separation between my practice and the practice of others. It can deepen our (yours and mine) experience of trust, goodwill, gratitude, and community.
Giving back. I wanted to find a way to support those who wouldn't otherwise be able to work with me without one of us compromising our financial well-being.
