Tongue Connections

This in-depth series will help free and clarify your tongue's movements and connect you with the deep front fascial line that connects you from head to toe.
All of the lessons offered in this program are rooted in the movements of the tongue. But they're also made with the deep knowing that your tongue is part of a greater whole. It's part of what's called the deep front fascia line that connects from your head to the soles of your feet. It's also part of your whole human experience and has potentially informed everything from bonding with your caregivers as an infant to communication, breathing, and sleep.

Hyoid Immersion

Your hyoid bone and upper ribs utilize the vast tissue network connected to your cervical spine, shoulder blades, and more. These interconnections can directly impact your breath, the carriage of your head, and your balance.
